Maitland Gaol has a variety of individual spaces suitable for your special function or activity.

Whether it is a dinner for a select few, a conference venue for 300 or a trade show for 3,000, Maitland Gaol can offer some of the most unique spaces available in the Hunter Valley – or anywhere else for that matter! We will assist you to present the most memorable activity to your guests.

The Chapel with it's beautiful cedar-lined ceiling has become available, following a conservation and restoration programme in 2008 and the Auditorium has also undertaken a conservation program in 2009 which has allowed it to be available for functions and activities. Both rooms can be used for theatre style or banquet style seating with the Auditorium capable of seating 200 on raked seating with video facilities and the Chapel able to seat up to 150. The Chapel will seat up to 120 in banquet style and the Auditorium can seat up to 140. Both are ideal for presentations and cocktail functions.
